Parlour Drinks

Proudly shining over our cocktail bar is an antique empire style crystal drop centrepiece in bohemian crystal. Chiselled brass, enriched in the upper part by glass leaves echo our William Morris velvet sunflower fabric which envelops the space, bringing a sense of nature and warmth to the room.

At the House, we like to ensure this Victorian space is a calm, soothing place, complete with its own modest library that boasts some of the classic literature inspired by the very landscape framed outside its bay windows. By night our Parlour offers a classic and inventive cocktail menu created and executed by our expert mixologists.

Sample our extensive wine menu, or sip an aperitivo before you make your way to our restaurant Oliveto across the lobby. The Parlour is also the perfect place to retire after your evening meal for a digestivo, with a range of liqueurs and spirits. The Parlour is open from 5pm until late for pre and after-dinner drinks.
