Monday | Walk & Talk
A member of our team will take you on a loop walk around our neighbourhood (Dun Laoghaire to Glasthule), sharing some local knowledge with you as well as pointing out our favourite hangouts. We won’t be offended if you want to check them out, promise.
Tuesday | Swim
Take a leisurely stroll down to our famed local bathing spot, the Forty Foot. There you can join the amazing 11 o’clock crew, who make a dip in the sea a daily ritual. A member of our crew will even bring you down and show you the best places to get in.
Wednesday | Cycle
Grab one of our complimentary Brooklyn Bikes and cycle along the coast to Dalkey and back. We’ll provide the map if you insist on not getting lost (though sometimes that is half the fun). Helmets and high vis jackets available at reception (up to a max of 5 pax).
Thursday | Yoga
Reset your mind and reboot your body with our yoga session. Don’t know your downward dog from a chair pose? No problem. Our qualified instructors will guide you through a class that is open to all levels. Namaste. Please note that yoga must be booked in advance.
Friday | Run
Want to run off some steam? We know a great 5k route that will take you through some breathtaking scenery and have you back here before you are missed. We’ll happily run with you, or provide a good map if you prefer a solo excursion.
Saturday | Swim
Fancy a weekend dip? Grab a towel at reception and head down to our local swimming spot at Sandycove to blow off those cobwebs. Surrounded by historical landmarks and an area of outstanding natural beauty, people-watching here is at its best at the weekend.
