Wake-Up Calls

Early start? Dial ‘0’ and let the Front Desk team know what time you’d like to be woken. Express check-out is available on request — your card will be processed automatically and a receipt emailed to you.

Check-Out

Check-out is at 12 noon. Late check-out until 1pm is available for €20. Please let the Front Desk team know in advance if you’d like to extend your stay.

Breakfast

Monday – Friday: 07:30–10:00 Saturday – Sunday (incl. Bank Holidays): 08:00–10:15 Please contact the Front Desk team to reserve a table.

Wifi

Television

Use the remote provided. Press the red power button to reach the Welcome Page, then use the central dial to navigate the menu.

Housekeeping

Your room will be serviced daily. If the Do Not Disturb light or ‘No thanks, not yet’ sign is displayed, your room will not be serviced. Please note: the House is entirely non-smoking (including vaping). A €100 cleaning fee applies if smoke or vapour is detected.

Room Safe

Some upgraded rooms include a safe.

Security

The main entrance locks at midnight for your safety. A night manager is always on hand for late arrivals or assistance.

Fire Safety

The fire alarm is tested every Tuesday at 11:00 for about 10 seconds. No action is required. Please familiarise yourself with the evacuation information near your room door.

Room Service

Available 17:00–21:00, daily.

Taxis

Dial ‘0’ and let the Front Desk team know what time you require collection.

Trains

Dún Laoghaire and Sandycove/Glasthule DART stations are nearby. Northbound trains travel to Howth; southbound to Bray or Greystones. Tickets are available at the station using cash or card.

Buses

Routes 7, 7A, 45A, E1/E2, 59, 63 and 75 run nearby, serving various destinations. The Front Desk team can advise on the best route for your journey.

To the Airport

The Aircoach departs hourly — please check current times with the Front Desk team. Alternatively, we can arrange a taxi directly to the airport.

Bikes

Explore the area on two wheels. Our bicycles, helmets, and locks are available — simply ask the Front Desk team to set you up.

By Foot

Many attractions are just outside our door. Local maps are available at the Front Desk — we’ll happily point you in the right direction.

Front Desk

Our Front Desk team is available 24 hours a day to assist with dining reservations, travel arrangements, and local recommendations. Dial ‘0’ for assistance.

Forgot your adaptor or charger?

A limited supply of travel adaptors and chargers is available at the Front Desk. A €10 deposit applies.

Bathrooms

Bathroom products are provided for your use during your stay. Should you wish to take any home, the following charges apply:

Swim Towels

We’re committed sea-swimmers at HH and encourage you to experience a dip at the Forty Foot. Beach towels are complimentary — please ask the Front Desk team to arrange them. If towels aren’t returned, a €35 charge will be added to your bill.
